If you're not in love with your Mrs Melvis bag, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return

  1. Email info.mrsmelvis@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back unused, clean and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Buy 2, Get 1 Free orders

If you return part of an order that used the Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, the refund is based on the price you actually paid for the returned item(s).

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Independently of the guarantee above, consumers in the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (Mrs Melvis, Marienstraße 45, 41462 Neuss, Germany, info.mrsmelvis@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal: We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
