Sizing & fit

What size should I order?

Clothing runs XS to XL and boots run EU 35 to 43. Both fit true to size — if you are between sizes, take the larger, as the knitwear and outerwear are cut generously through the shoulder. Full charts, including EU/UK/US conversions and how to measure, are on the size guide.

How do I know if knee-high boots will fit my calf?

Measure around the widest part of your calf with the tape snug. The Noelle Slouch is the most forgiving shape because the shaft is designed to ruche. If you are unsure, email us your measurement before ordering and we will tell you which size to take.

Are the coats cut to layer?

Yes. Coats, jackets and capes are cut to go over a knit, so take your usual size unless the product page says otherwise. Each product page carries its own fit note.

Materials & care

Is the faux fur real fur?

No. Every fur piece we sell is faux — a plush synthetic pile. Nothing in the range uses animal fur, and the boots use vegan leather and vegan suede rather than leather.

How do I care for a faux fur coat?

Spot clean or dry clean only. Shake it out and hang it so the pile stays full. Never machine wash, tumble dry or iron faux fur — heat flattens and mats the pile permanently.

How do I stop knitwear pilling?

Store knitwear folded rather than hung, wash cold on a gentle cycle and dry flat. Pilling comes from friction, so a de-pilling comb used occasionally keeps the surface clean.

Are the jelly bags waterproof?

Yes. The Lucie bags are made from TPU, which is waterproof rather than water-resistant. Rain and spills sit on the surface and wipe off with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and direct heat.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is €4.95 to Germany and €7.95 to the EU, UK, US and Australia. Standard shipping is free on orders of €99.99 or more to every one of those destinations. Express is available from €9.95. Full rates and delivery times are on the shipping page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 days. Standard delivery is then 3–8 business days to all destinations; express is 1–2 days within Germany and 2–6 days elsewhere.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — the EU, United Kingdom, United States and Australia, with prices shown in your local currency. There are no customs fees within the EU. For the UK, US and Australia, import duties may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. EU consumers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Trying items on is fine, and the original packaging is not required. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details on the returns page.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us with photos as soon as possible and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years from delivery) remain unaffected.
